A studio visit or site walk-through. We listen, measure, and write the brief together.

Concept
Spatial direction, materials palette, a clear vision deck. You see the room before it exists.

Design Development
Detailed drawings, finished specs, 3D views. The design becomes a buildable document.

Documentation
Construction docs, schedules, contractor handoff. Every decision is captured.

Procurement
We order, track and warehouse every item. You get one invoice, not two hundred.

Install & Reveal
A full install day, styled and photographed. You walk in, we hand over the keys.
Working Together
Straightforward fees,
no hourly billing.
Every project starts with a paid design phase priced as a fixed fee based on scope and square footage. You know exactly what you're paying for, when.
Procurement is charged on a flat percentage of trade pricing — you keep the discount and we keep the lights on. No commissions, no markups buried in line items.
